In the event you wish to transfer your domain from DuckHost you must do the following:

Have correct domain contact details
Wait (2) two months after the regisration date as there is a lock on the domain from the registrar for this period
Contact Support and request your domain security key or EPP Code.
Confirm your domain is to be transfered when the system emails you.
