Occasionally DuckHost may send you a letter or even a card at Christmas.
We do occasionally verify customers address via post but if we have done this once before and you have confirmed with us and not changed we are unlikely to verify it again.
We may also notify you of your accounts suspension or termination in written form however this is not required as part of the agreement.
